Hi Nicole

If the 1890 marriage is the only one between 1880-1919 then it would be him.
On his death certificate it says he lived 27 years in Victoria in NSW.
I think the 27 years is his time in Victoria most likely between
1884-1911.His Father died in 1911 in NSW so he probably came back than. 27
years is the difference between when they thought he married age 24 = 1884
and 1911.

I just found a death in NSW 1912 of a Bernice M Conlon died, daughter of
William and Bridget; maybe her, I didn't find a birth.
