Hi Alan,
The biggest problem with the earlier records are they are only burial records (not death records) so they don't state parents names or anything...
Usually just have the name and age..(where and when buried etc)

Registration Year: 1849
Registration Place: Victoria

Estimated Birth Year: abt 1831
