A couple of adverts
In The Argus of 22 July 1853 in the advertising section:
T. A. WELLINGTON WALSH - your presence is particularly required by your family in Melbourne, on business of importance concerning yourself.
not sure what the "T." is for in front of the "A. Wellington Walsh".
Another one on 2 October 1869:
Mr. and Mrs. RICHARD SPARROW, last heard of at Ascot-Street, Ballarat; CLAUDIUS and WELLINGTON WALSH,-call.or write, immediately, to Mr. Prendergast, solicitor, Bank-place, Melbourne. Important news from home.
On 12 October 1864 there was a report of the death of Minerva Walshe the 3 month old daugher of Arthur Wellington Walshe and his wife Elizabeth Mary of Gordon (near Ballarat). He was a splitter. The article is in the Ballarat Star and can be viewed at http://trove.nla.gov.au/ndp/del/article/66348772
