It is a bit sad if you are not getting thankyous. I have had all my efforts
encouraged by those who have thanked me with offers of help in some kind of
research and sometimes just a thankyou. I agree it would be discouraging if
you do not get a thankyou. As for the CDs it is a good idea to have a few
around at appropriate places as well as having the pics on line.
