Dundonald OPR: 1829: George Millar died at Burnside the 23rd June and was
buried at Maurs on 25th 1829.
(Kilmaurs Cemetery Inscription died 22nd June 1829.)

Does anybody know where and what is "Burnside" - house, farm or just a
locality?

Who is presumed to be his son Hugh MILLAR, was born at "Pointhouse"
2 Jan 1826 - to George MILLAR and Margaret LOUDON, the latter probably of
Riccarton.

I have been unable to find Burnside on army ordnance survey maps of the
area.
