The names I am researching in Ayrshire are :

LOVE -mainly from New Cumnock but originated from the highlands via SANQUHAR

BROWN I have this name in 3 separate lines of my tree

COCKBURN -They were wood cutters

PIERCY and its many variants -from Muirkirk but there could be connections
to other places in Ayrshire and Dumfriesshire
