Don't know if its "related" but my great grandfather was William Blair
Hunter, born in 1864 in Irvine. His father was James Hunter(goldsmith)
and his mother was Jane Blair. The family tradition is that the Blair family
was a bit haughty and disapproved of the marriage. William later emmigrated
to Niagara Falls NY, USA. Email me I have some more.
