Braehead, May 21, 1747, on Thursday after lecture was baptized by the Rev
Mr. M'MILLAN, James HAMILTON in Hamiltown his daughter Janet, born April 11,
1747.

Greenfoot, June 10, 1747, on Saboth [sic] after sermon was baptized by the
Rev. Mr. MARSHALL, William ORE his son Robert, born the 9th of June 1747.

Greenfoot, June 29, 1747, on Saboth [sic] after sermon was baptized by the
Rev. Mr. MARSHALL, Peter ORE his daughter Jonet, born March 18, 1747.

At Shank near Arn[i]s[ton], October 5, 1747, on Saboth [sic] after sermon
was baptized by the Rev. Mr. MARSHALL, William BLACK his daughter Janet,
born near the beginning of September 1747.

Greenfoot, September 6, 1747, on Saboth [sic] after sermon was baptized by
the Rev Mr. CUTH[BERTSON], James HUIE his daughter Jullie, in Loudon parish.

Craighead, April 3rd, 1745,{my comments--1745 is the date given. I don't
know if this was an error on the original writer, or transcribed wrong, but
it would APPEAR to be wrong.........or an entry added after the fact] on
Saboth [sic] after sermon was baptized by the Rev. Mr. Alexander MARSHALL,
George SHAW his daughter Mary, in Kilmadock parish, aged six weeks.

Ab eodem, November 22, 1747, was baptized the same George SHAW in the same
parish his daughter Grizel, born the 6th of November 1747.

Att Drumclog, February 29, 1748, after sermon was baptized by the Rev. Mr.
Alexander MARSHAL, Jo: CARNDUFF in the parish of Evandale his daughter Mary,
aged one day.

Att Braehead, Aprill 3, 1748, on Sabbath after sermon was baptized, by the
Rev. Mr. Jo: CUTH[BERTSON], Thomas STEEL his son John, living in the parish
of Shots, born February 18, 1748.

Att Braehead, May 10, 1748, on Wednesday after lecture was baptized by the
Rev. Mr. Jo: M'MILLAN, Robert KENNEDY his son Robert, living in the parish
of Lesmahago, born Aprill 25, 1748.

Att Braehead, January 14, 1748 (that's the date given), on Sabboth [sic]
after sermon was baptized by the Rev. Mr. Alexander MARSHALL, William RODGER
his son John, in the parish of Old Munckland, born the 21 of November 1747.

Att Reedmire, May 15, 1748, was baptized by the Rev. Mr. Alexander MARSHAL
on Sabbath after sermon, John WILSON in parish of Shots his son William,
born the 26 of Apprill 1748; Thomas MURE his daugher Ann, in the same parish
born 11 of February 1748, his wife Marry WADDEL being sponsor.

Att Braehead, June 11th, 1748, on a week-day after lecture was baptized by
the Rev. Mr. Jo: M'MILLAN, James TURNBULL in the parish of Blanter his son
William, born Aprill 11, 1748.

Att Flemington, October 17, 1748, was baptized by the Rev. Mr. Alexander
MARSHALL after lecture, Ja: MURHEAD in the parish of Dalziel, his daughter
Elizabeth, born the 14 of October 1748.
