Trying to find info. on Scoulars in Cumnock, names are Arthur, husband and
son, wife Elizabeth nee Caldow, son Hugh, and daughter Annie. 1890 or
after. Hugh Scoular was active in town affairs in the 1940's as a member
of the Town Counsel and a Baillie, he married Grace ____. They lived at 84
Glaisnock St. in 1946, and his family earlier on 36 Urbana Terrace.
