Hi all,

I am new to the list and am hoping someone will be able to help me find my
elusive ORR ancestors.

Hugh Orr born about 1813, Ayr, Scotland, died 1870, Melbourne, Australia.
Father's name Hugh. From his death certificate.

Hugh married Christian Cameron (also know as Christina, and Christy) 1834,
Glasgow, Lanark, Scotland. Christian was the daughter of donald Cameron and
Margaret Steward from Stirling, Scotland.

Their children were:

Margaret bn abt 1831

James bn 1835, Lanark, Barony, Scotland

Hugh bn 1840, Limehouse, London, England

Elizabeth bn abt 1846

Christina, bn abt 1849

Janet bn abt 1850,

Jonathon bn abt 1853, Limehouse, London England.

The family emigrated to Australia 1855 on the "Williams"

I would love to hear fromanyone who can help me knock down some brick walls or are interested in this family
