No it's not in Gaelic....that's a completely different language. The person
in Edinburgh said it was in Scots ..which is more or less a version of
English but with some words and especially some spellings written with an accent
<g> The difficulty lies in the handwriting ..secretary hand uses different
versions of the letters of the alphabet ..if you do the scottish handwriting
tutorial you'll see what he means. The tutorial is good and if you persevere you
might learn enough to decipher some of it yourself.

To get someone else to do it you'll need a higher resolution scan ..printing
it out gives a too pixelated print.
