The qlk day compeired Andro Dick delate for drukennes & stryking Wm Murchland & Thomas Boyd denying his drukennes it was referred to probatioun.

Thomas Neill in rawis delate for drukennes and suspect of fornication wt ane nighsh woman

The qlk day compeired Andro Dick and confessing his drukennes and abusing of Thomas Boyd & Wm Murchland was ordained to stand three dayis in the publick congregation and to pay ten merkis.

The qlk day Richard Broun compeiring was ordained to mak publick acknowledgement of his offence in taking more nor was dew from diverse of the parish of thesse moneys collected for souldiers monthly mantenance in the tyme qlk he was sub collector and that he sould also mak restitution to the nixt ounners of thesse moneys that he had wrongously takin.
