The qlk day Thomas Neill in rawis called & compeired not ordained to be sumondit pro secundo.

The qlk day compeired Johne Wilsone confessed his fornicatioun wt Agnes Duncane ordained to stand and pay according to order, And was interdicted all suspect placis with the said Agnes for tyme to come.

The qlk day compeired Agnes Duncane confessed her fornicatioun wt Johne Wilsone foresaid was ordained to satisfie according to order, and interdicted the sd Johne give companie in all suspect places for tyme to come.

The qlk day the names of the church bands anent the moneyes award to them was ordained to be sett doun in the sessioun book the names qrof followis, three bands of my lord Boyds: And of Mungo Mures: And of Robert Boyd in cuikstone: And of Gavin and Johne Dunlaps.

The qlk day Johne Hog delyvered the discharginge qlk the new church of Kilmarnock gave anent ther aguab(?) half of saxstoir ten lb left in legacie be the umqll laird of Cunninghame heid. Qlk discharged the session ordained to be insert in the session book as followis.

We the minister and elders of the paroche of the new kirk of kilmarnock undersubscrybe and Be the tenour heirof grantis us to haif received from Mr Mathow Mowat Minister at the old kirk for himself and in name and behalf of the elders of the sessioun of the samyne ther sowme of three scoir fyve lb money of this realme As being the equall half of the sowme of money legatt be the umqll laird of Cunninghame heid, to the said old kirk and sessioun: And qairof and of all other sowmes of money or legacies qlk somevir be for our selfis, and in name and behalf of the said new kirk and sessioun therof
