Eva,

I think that you will find that the Mexican people did not really mark their graves with nothing but a cross. I worked one cemetery near where I live and there must be over 100 graves in there and maybe 20 marked. Unless someone kept track of who was buried where I doubt that you will find what you are looking for. They took a plot and buried the person and since the cemetery didn't really belong to anyone, there were no records kept.
