Was told in three different Cochise County offices in Bisbee yesterday[ 22 May 07] that the Petitions for Naturalization were moved to the Department of Immingration; however no one knew where the Department was located--any suggestions?

Application was made and Naturalization Document was made out in 1915 in Cochise County.
