My great-grandfather was supposed to have been a Sheriff in the USA. Could
he have been a Sheriff in Graham Co. Arizona? This would have been about
1888 onwards as my grandfather remembered playing with Indian children
while his father spoke to the Chief. Sheriff Thomas Drexel married an English
schoolteacher named Clarice Hayden. They had a son named Horace Hayden
Drexel in 1888 (born in Arizona). Any information would be appreciated.
