Many thanks to everyone who offerred to look up addresses of ATWOOD family
members in the Mesa area. Alas, thanks to the information from Nancy Sawyer, it
isn't going to be neccesary at all.
In Frank M. Atwood's obituary, his only surviving family is his widow and the
"relatives in California" ... which would have been my Great-Great Grandfather,
Grandfather, Great Uncle and Great Aunt's family.
It appears that Uncle Frank had no children at all.
Thank you all again for your helpfulness. I had already started drafting a
letter to send to people in Arizona for my search. I'm glad to have the
information, but somewhat disappointed that there is no one to find!
I feel like I've swooped in and out of your mailing list real fast -- but with
no leads to follow in Arizona, I'm back to sifting out the family mystery in
California and the midwest.
Bless you all for your assistance and helpfulness.
