Hi Paul - From 1931 to 1945 in my 4 Phoenix city directories there is no listing for "Edward Frederick Wirth" or any of the other first names you listed. There very few "Wirth" names mentioned at all, but here is a listing for you to comment on whether or not they may be your line. 1931 - Wirth, Joe (Olera) (spouse) Peoria (city of residence). 1935 - Wirth, Dotson (Arah) (Phoenix), 1941 - Wirth, Dotson (Arah) (Phoenix), Wirth, Frank T (Dorothy)(Phoenix), Wirth, Lee W (Marie)(Phoenix), 1945 - Wirth, Dotson P (Avery - appears remarried)(Phoenix), Wirth, Jos (aka Joseph)(Vera)(Phoenix), Wirth, Lee W (Marie)(Phoenix).

In all 4 directories there is no "UVODICH" surname found.

Based on this, it appears to me, if they were in Maricopa at all, that it may be prior to 1931, or they didn't want to be found if they were there. Suggest trying the Phoenix City Library reference desk for a lookup or one of the National Archive branches that has city directories available.
