I am seeking information on my Grand Mother, Mary
Adaline (Garrett) George b Aug 9, 1878 Gillespie Co.
TX d 1956 L.A. Co.,CA. According to U.S. census, both
her Mother and Father were from GA.
Married William Lawrence George b Gillespie Co.,TX
July 21, 1880 abt 1910, gave birth to first child
Waldorff George 1912 and moved to Pheonix, AZ
(Maricopa Co.) abt 1913 where she had two more sons,
William D. George b 1914 (my Father) and David Lloyd
George 1917.
I believe Mary is the daughter of Drew Barrow and
Mariah M.(Roberts)Garrett of Coffee Co. GA but I have
no proof at this time.
