Clarence "Cowboy" Miller , 67 years of age, passed away at his ranch near Mammoth, Pinal County, AZ on August 15, 2002. He was born in Tucson , AZ , on June 12, 1935 and since childhood he was fondly called "Cowboy" by his family and friends. He became a respected and well known rancher in the Mammoth area and he left behind a mourning family and a host of friends and aquaintances. Preceding him in death were his father - Dave Miller, a daughter - Carrie Rose Miller, and his sister - Millie (Miller) Westerman. He is survived by his mother - Cathryn Miller; a brother - Ralph (Beverly) Miller ; a sister - Hattie [Miller] (Don) Hetrick and numerous neices and nephews. A visitation for family and friends was held at the First Baptist Church in Mammoth on Thursday evening , August 22, 2002. The funeral service was held at 1PM on Friday, August 23 , 2002 at the First Baptist Church in Mammoth. Interment followed at Mammoth Valley View Cemetery.
