Good Afternoon Everyone,

I trust that you are all getting ready to enjoy a nice week-end, and an
upcoming time of Thanksgiving with your families this coming week. Can you
believe that this is the last Thanksgiving Day for the entire
century? (For those of you who are listmembers from other parts of the
world, our Thanksgiving holiday comes next Thursday).

You have probably been wondering about Ray, as we have not had anything on
the list from him for awhile, and I would like to ask you to remember him
in your prayers, as he has been dealing with both his father's
health-related problems, and a number of his own. And, because it appears
that this will be an extended situation, he and I have agreed that he
should follow his doctor's orders and keep his stress level at a
minimum. Ray will continue to be a part of our Bacon-L family, and post
from time to time, as he can.

I would like to welcome any new folks to the list, and invite you to tell
us something about yourself, if you would like, and to let us know just
which BACONS you are looking for.

And for all of you, Happy Thanksgiving! May you know the blessings of
family and health, and friends at this special season.
