Thank you very much for your letter and accompanying document. This will be=20=
helpful in many ways to me. I have tried to get records guide such as the on=
e you sent me for the Caribbeans, and did not have much success. This will h=
elp me greatly for the Bahamas.

As I mentioned it to you, we have purchased most of the films we have for th=
e Bahamas. We are in the process of writing our acquisition strategy for tha=
t area. I expect we should have our strategy ready by the end of this year.=20=
The strategy will state when we will be in a particular country and what we=20=
will microfilm. Again thank you for the valuable information you sent and pl=
ease keep in touch.
