The family was living near Albertsville, AL when they moved to
Bell Co., TX abt 1892.

I believe this family might be the one I found in
1880 SOUNDEX GA Census, CLAYTON CO. Vol 5, ED 35, Sheet 46, Line 3
Beard, John, 24 yrs, Birthplace GA
Fanie, (w) 20, GA
James L. 1 month GA (relationship not reported)
Gunter, W.M. 76 GA (relationsip not reported)
Rebecker (w) 74 GA
Roberson, M (Si or Se) 18 GA

The ages of John, wife Fannie (nickname for Frances), and James L would
be correct. I have not been able to see the regular census yet.

If anyone has any information on the above family, please contact me.
