Your comments (Mar 13 '98) regarding Arlie Lay are very appropriate. I also
have some personal correspondence from Arlie.

I agree that a tribute to him would be great since he is the one who has
given us so much information.

If we get this off the ground, please let me know - I'll be glad to help in
