Well, Marsha, I don't have my BAKERs in Calvert, MD, but if you run into any
BROWNs there, let me know, they might be mine :-)

Time to throw this out again:

I actually have two BAKERs:

Hannah F. BAKER, b. 1850, Oberfloersheim, Germany. Emigrated to Marshalltown,
IA, where she married Jacob STIFFEL in 1870 or 71. They moved immediately
back to Lancaster, PA, where Jacob was from, and they remained there.
Children: Thaddeus Joseph, Caroline, Rachel, Augustus, Sarah, Louella, Jacob,
Harry, Ellsworth. They were either Catholic or Mennonite (depending on what
you read).

Emma R. BAKER (different line), prob. born Bucks Co., PA, about 1868 (??)
Married William J. NEVEGOLD in Bristol, Bucks, PA, on Jan. 18, 1886. I can
find no trace of William and Emma after they married . .. .they might have
moved to Philadelphia or elsewhere.

If this rings any bells, please let me know. Thanks!!

Robin
