In 1784 Samuel Baker who married Susanna Reynolds, was in Vermont with
sons John, Amos, and Peleg. Both Peleg and Amos had children who married
spouses named Coon as follows:
Peleg's daughter Susanna Baker b. 20 Feb 1800 married James Coon b. 23
July 1799
Amos's son Eson b. abt 1824 married Armina Coon
Ben b. about 1827 married Sally Coon
Jephtha had a son
Amos b. about 1829 married Marsha Coon
Abigail b. about 1834 married Josephus Coon
Both Peleg and Amos died in New York in the Lake George area. Does any
Baker descendant have information on this Coon family intermarriage?
