Looking for ancestors of John Baldwin born a. 1715-1730 d. 1811 Chatham Co. NC
Married ?, Children- Samuel b.abt. 1757, Orange Co. NC, d. 1814 Chatham Co. NC
Rachael b. abt. 1760, Orange Co. NC d. 1830
John b. abt. 1770, Chatham Co. NC. d. abt.
1850, Greenville, SC
Nancy b. abt. 1773, Chatham Co. NC d. before
1850
Eli b. abt. 1775, Chatham Co. NC d. 1840,
Greenville, SC
William b. 1777, Chatham Co. NC d. May 1859,
Orange Co. NC
John appeared in Orange Co. NC around 1756, he assisted in surveying several
tracts of land and settled in the Terrels Creek area.

He died in 1811 with no will.

A couple of possibilities are he migrated from Rowan Co. NC part of Deep
River Baldwins or he migrated from North Hampton Co. NC ( being the John that
sold land there in 1756).

Unable to establish a connection to either at this time

Need all the help I can get, anyone out there got any information or ideas?
