Hi Sue,

I don't know a thing about Smith Baldwin however I am also interested in the
Tucker/Baldwin connections. My 3rd G-Grandfather, Newton Baldwin, b. 1807,
married Nancy Jane Tucker, b. 1812, while they both lived in Portland, NY (Now
Fredonia, NY). I have extensive information on my Baldwin line but don't have
any mention of your Smith Baldwin. Perhaps there are other similar connections
between the Baldwin's & Tucker's. I am looking for information on Nancy Jane
Tucker. Please write me at so we can continue our conversation.
