The Benjamin Baldwin I have is a descendent from David Baldwin Sr.
b1740-d1808. David Sr. was one of 9 children born to Moses and Abigail Royce
Baldwin. He was a Private in the Revolutionary War and was detached for
service from Wallingford, CT. He was a shipbuilder and carpenter by trade.
David Sr. wife was Parnell Clark b1742, d1815. These two were married in
1763. Parnell (Clark) Baldwin is a Mayflower Generation 5 descendent. They
had 10 children (I have 9 listed): Roswell, Benjamin, David Jr., Noah,
Rebecca, Lydia, Abigail, Joseph and Moses. Do we have a match?
