My line is sort of in between, until they left MD and then they all seemed to
become farmers for the most part. The line goes back to :
Henry b. 1700 England
Edward b. 1725 A.A.Co.MD
James b. 1750 A.A.Co.MD and then his son Thomas b. ca1774 A.A.Co.MD.

One of the homes Edward built circa 1753 is still standing in A.A.Co.MD, the
Co. DAR Chapter now has it, The Rising Sun, we made a trip back there this
past summer to visit the house and area, seeing Baldwin Memorial Church, the
original and the newer one, Baldwin Memorial Cemetery, School and also the
Plantation [The Bunker Hill Farms] that was owned by another of the Baldwin's,
William Henry BALDWIN b. 1792 the son of Lt. Henry BALDWIN a brother to my James
BALDWIN. Those from Henry's line and sister Lydia's line seemed to have some
money as was evidenced by the things we saw there still today. Very interesting
trip.

If there's anyone else connected to this line, let us hear from you as
well....Does anyone have any further back than Henry? I've been working on a couple
of speculated lines in England, but have found no concrete connections yet.
