I am starting to map that area out based on the 1900 census descriptions
on ancestry.com It looks to be ED 264.

Further comment:

The 1880, 1900, and 1920 censuses are soundexed. The 1880 census is
soundexed only for families that had children 10 years old and under. The
1900 and 1920 censuses soundex everyone in the family.
