Martha, if you just looked in the index, it's very incomplete. It
might be worth your time to open each section and do a page search
for Bush.

I've downloaded the entire book and consolidated it to a single text
file if anyone wants a copy. It's something over 2.5 Megabytes, so
I'll zip before sending.
