That is a great suggestion, but in my case it won't help. All I need is his death date--I have everything else. And his death date wouldn't be on a siblings SSN app.

But, I'll keep that suggestion in mind for other ancestors.

I'm not the original poster but I think your idea of looking at a sibling's
application is great. I never thought of that.
