(the 2 most often used combinations)

and then what you would like translated, to a maximum of 40 lines (for
detailed instructions, refer to www.genealogy.com/ - General help -
translations)

or for access to the gazetteers at the National Imaging and Mapping
Agency (aka GEONet):
