I thought the same thing when I first came across the name. However, in the
Glogon church records for 1786 19 Feb Ludovicus Amarian from ALSATIA married
Anna Maria -----(can't make out surname) from Sefkerin. Marriage and death
records only place in these records to find place of origin. What do they
actually mean when they write 'imperialista' or 'ex emperio'? On Anna's
death record in 1807 it said 'Septimum nata'. What does that mean?
