Patricia says, she found it in footnotes regarding Hausbesitzer, which
is a home owner. Why couldn't sessionalist mean ownership? The ending
...alist indicates Austrian rootes. So sessionalist could mean the owner
of a session, any kind of right. If he/she only owns half of the rights,
then probably because of estate?
