This is all new to me and "greek" besides!!

Please be patient as I am doing this for my mother who is researching family
histories and has come up against a brick wall. She also does not have a
computer and lives a few thousand miles from me.. But I do not understand
any of this stuff and have only managed to recognize the name BANAT because
I have heard it so often from my family.

The names we are looking for in particular are:

John HEHN (b. Detta 1903) (married Eva Buechler) and Peter WAYER (b.
Marienfeld1902-1958)(married Regina Iwanschitz).

However, we have a host of other family names such as Iwanschitz, Lischko,
Fenth, Goetz, Weiter, Halm, Nuber, Schuster, Kreuter, Engelmann, and
Buechler who are secondary.

Also, where can I get a copy of a town history of Marienfeld? My mother
knows that there is at least one in existence but has not been able to find
it through any of her contacts either in North America or Europe.
