Hello- I am new to this list and tracing my ancestors BAUMGARTNER and
MICHAEL HEIM who migrated in 1782 from, or via the Banat from Palatinate
and Hesse to Molodia in Bukowina. I am trying to find out where in the Banat
they may have been and where in the Palatinate or Hesse they may have come
from.
In particular Joseph Baumgartner born abt 1787 in Molodia, who married
Elisabeth Heim, (she was the daughter of Michael Heim and Margaret?).
Elisabeth was born in 1790 in Molodia.
If anyone else is researching these names in Molodia, Bukowina, the Banat or
beyond, I would be very happy to hear from them.----Celine
