To all who inquired about the price of the book.
I quoted you $40.00 but my cousin said she sent a check
for $45.00. Sorry. She only charged me $20.00 for my share.
We received it in June of 1998 so it has been awhile since we had it.
She had it for quite awhile before I was able to get it from her.She had
alot
of names to look up.
