Scott;
Since Mollydorf was a daughter settlement, established relatively late,
in 1831, the settlers came from other Banat localities through internal
migration. This process was repeated, when in 1868 the Temeswarer
Militaerkommando authorized the founding of Giselahain in the Reidland
of the lower Temesch/Bega, by which 200 families from Mollydorf were the
first settlers of Giselahain.
The settlers of Mollydorf came largely from Charleville, St Hubert,
Seultour, Masdorf, Heufeld, Hatzfeld and Tschestereg.
Where do you live in the Bay Area?
