Hi Karie:

From your document it does appear to read "GOSH". So I ran this thru the
Hungarian website

http://www.radixindex.com/cgi-bin/ipvm.pl?surname=gosh

and one name GOSH appears in the 1891 Industrial Directory.
Bks is the county/province and Oroshza the town, located in Hungary,
across border from Romania's province Arad. Oroshza is on a rail line, and
is in the southwestern part of Bks county. If you use expedia.com MAP
function and select Europe, you can see where this is, and adjust
magnification as you wish.
