Hello from a suburb of Milwaukee, Wisconsin-
What was the religion of your aunt Laura?
I went to the Milwaukee Catholic cemetery web site
http://www.cemeteries.org/genealogy/ and although I did not find any burial
info. on Laura or her husband Ferdinand, I did find this for a John Kuehn:
The birth dates are slightly different but notice the address similiarity in
the Auer state house number.
Name: John Kuehn
Date of Death: 9/6/1940
Date of Burial: 9/9/1940
Age at Death: 61
Marital Status: Married
Last Address: 2429 West Auer Ave.
Funeral Home: Zwaska
Cemetery: Holy Cross Cemetery And Mausoleum
Location: Block: 18, Section: C, Lot: 545, Grave: 1

I did see two Fred Kuehns but you would need to know the middle initial. I
do not think either of them are your Ferdinand. There are many Kuehs and
Ries listed.

There are also City Directories located in the Milwaukee Public Library.
When I get time to go there, I will try to remember to search through the
directories for you. Otherwise, there is the Milwaukee Genealogy Society
website at http://www.rootsweb.com/~wimilwau/
