My German and Viennese cookbook seems to be still packed away, but both
are from the Culinary Arts Institute "Cooking Magic" series. The
Hungarian one is entitled "Hungarian Cookbook", and is 68 pages long.
The address given in the booklet for the Culinary Arts Institute is:

1975 North Hawthorne
Melrose Park, Illinois 60160

In the back is the following: "For your free catalog of the many fine
Culinary Arts Institute cookbooks, write to: Consolidated Book
Publishers, Dept. AM, 420 Lexington Avenue, New York, New York, 10017."

Incidentally, listed as the consultant for the cookbook is Imre Szegö,
Chef of the Saint Gellért Hotel and Confiserie Réthy in Budapest.
