Hi Susan,
I have no idea if there were any butchers in the family - but, could be!
I know there were other relatives of my Koch ancestors in New York - but
my grandparents moved their family to Connecticut when my father was a
very little boy and he doesn't remember any of their names. I'm hoping to
find some of them eventually. Maybe the Koch butcher is one of them?
Anyway, it was nice to hear from you.
