The 37 marker results are in, and there is an exact match between Arthur Bud
Barber II, Jimmie D. Barber, and Charles Stephen Barber. And Don O. Barber
is an exact match for 36 out of 37 markers, with just one mutation.

Arthur Bud Barber II, Jimmie D. Barber, and Don. O. Barber are descendants
of James Barber, born about 1763,
died 1847, Clarke County, Georgia, married Penelope.

Charles Stephen Barber is a descendant of Moses Barber, born 1755-1760, died
about 1800, Chatham County,
North Carolina. This previously unknown connection between Moses Barber and
James Barber more or less shows
that they are probably brothers. So now we need to find the father of Moses
and James. Here is what the FTDNATIP
Report shows:

"In comparing 37 markers, the probability that Arthur B. Barber Jr and
Charles S. Barber shared a common ancestor within the last 8 generations is
97.28%"

37 marker results:

The 37 marker results for John (Jack) Wiley Barber are in, and he is an exact match for 12 markers with Arthur Bud Barber II, Jimmie D. Barber, Charles Stephen Barber, and Don Orville Barber. He is an exact match for 24 of 25 markers with Arthur Bud Barber, Jimmie D. Barber, Charles Stephen Barber, and Don O. Barber. He is an exact match for 35 of 37 markers with Arthur Bud Barber, Jimmie D. Barber, and Charles Stephen Barber. He is an exact match for 34 of 37 markers with Don O. Barber.
So there are two mutations in 37 markers for John Wiley Barber.

John Wiley Barber, 111716, Haplogroup I2a
13 24 17 11 12 15 11 13 11 13 11 30 17 8 9 11 11 25 15 20 32 12 12 14 14 11
10 21 21 17 13 18 18 35 35 11 10

Don O. Barber has tested for 67 markers, but we don't have anyone to compare them with. He is an exact match for 36 of 37 markers with Arthur Bud Barber, Charles Stephen Barber, and Jimmie D. Barber.
