I am hunting for any information on Moses Barker b. Bet. 1776 - 1794
unknown where.
According to John W. Barker civil war records he was born in Perry
county IN. The only Barker's I could find in Perry county was Moses in
the 1820 census. It listed as following

Head of Household-----Barker, Moses---Page 149--- County--Perry----white
males--under 10----one---26 to 44---one---White females----under
10---two--16 to 25---one

I also found on the net at location INDIANA STATE LIBRARY GENEALOGY
DIVISION "A-B" iNDIANA MARRAGES THROUGHT 1850 where Moses Barker married
Crissy Willard in HARRISON COUNTY (one countys to the east of Perry) on
April 8, 1813. Also a Henry Barker married Elizabeth Willard (Crissy
sister) Jan 9, 1813.

He voted on aug. 4, 1817 in Oil township, (perry county) then it looks
like he move to
1840 he was in Knox county. I no idea where they were in the 1830

Acording to Indiana State Archives Moses Barker inlisted in June 7, 1832
for 30 days by Colonel Russell, he was in Capt. Henry Brenton's
company of Mounted Rifelmen (40th Regt.)
