Hi gang,
I'm new to the list. I hope someone out there has some insight to a mystery.
I looking for information on Moses Barnes, b. about 1804, in Jefferson Co.,
TN. There seems surprisingly to be a lot of Moses Barnes out there, so
sorting them out is difficult. I think the Moses I'm looking for married
Rebecca Benton in 1825 in McMinn Co., TN, but I can't be positive that this
is the right one. I do have his death in What I would really like to find is
his parents (possibly a James or a John Barnes was his father) and/or any
siblings. I have pretty good information from him to the present, but can't
find much solid information earlier. Anyone have this guy in their research?
