For years I've been seeking information about William Wesley BARNS,
born 1808 in Philadelphia, died April 16, 1863 also in Philadelphia.

Married December 19 1836 or 1839, Matilda Clark
Matilda was born July 18, 1809 and died July 16, 1890.(She was the daughter
of Jeremiah Clark Jr. and Matilda DeFour/DeFord)

William Wesley BARNS and Matilda had 5 children:

Charles Karsner BARNES (my great-grandfather)
Jeremiah Clark Barnes
Matilda Clark Barnes married Charles Morton Lukens
William Clark Barnes married Virginia L. Ruth
George Taylor Barnes married Lucy Sellers

My father, Otis Tiffany Barnes, will be 88 this October and I'd dearly love
to tell him more about his family. Any help would be greatly
appreciated.......
