Regarding my earlier posting, a clarification and a correction:

In item 1. it appears as though Jacob is being listed as a lessee in
1767-8, some years after his death in 1762. The document concerns a list
of leases in 1767-8, but the original lease was made in 1754, when Jacob
is still alive. The Jacob aged 28 in the entry is assumed to be his son.
Sorry for the confusion.

In the last item Sarah's marriage date is 1779, not 1799.
