Hi Sarah, My line goes like this Eli BARGER b in
Lincoln Co, NC 14 Mar 1810. Parents were: Isaac
m Damarie (Mary) Ann CARLETON ,( d of Henry
CARELTON ) 18 Sept 1839 their 5th child was,
Margaret Adeline BARGER, b 01 Sept 1848 in
Noxubee Co, MS. Margaret Adeline BARTON m
Clemons BARTON 23 Dec 1866 at Macon, MS.

Their children were : Damerisa Ann, Cilicia Arramenta, William Meridith,
John Walton, Sally,
Minnie Cora, & Rev. Charles Thomas BARTON
(my father). Some time before my father was born ,the family moved to
Lexingtom, Holmes Co, MS.
I can give the birth dates and who the children
married to anyone interested

Eli Barger's parents were Isaac BARGER andPolly COLLANNE. Eli's birth
place is now Catawba Co.
NC. He had a brother Hosea . The family came to
AL in 1821 & then to Noxubee Co., MS

The parents of Clemons BARTON were Thomas BARTON who m Elizabeth --?--,
both from SC,
Noxubee Co. MS 1850 Census :

Elizabeth (wife) age 40 b SC

Clemmons --------age 02 b MS (twin of Alexander)
Due to Illness Clemons BARTON lived for a short
time wi the LEE family

I think that Thomas BARTON"S parents were :
Benjamin BARTON (1860-1818) who m Dorcus Anderson in SC. This I have so
proof.
